How to Transfer Integration Ownership - Microsoft Azure
a. The current integration owner's SDP account is still available in the organization.
To change the integration owner, please perform any one of the following actions for the current owner's account. The admin who performs the action will automatically become the new integration owner:
Deleting the user from ESM will permanently delete their access to other Zoho subscriptions, and this action cannot be undone.
b. The current integration owner's SDP account is no longer available in the organization.
If the admin who enabled the integration has left the organization (and their SDP account has been removed, but the integration is still owned by that account), Kindly involve the support team to revoke the token from the backend after giving the consent.
To proceed, please email support with the following details:
-
Email ID of the admin who is unable to disable the integration
-
Email ID of the admin who enabled the integration (current owner)
-
Confirmation that we have your consent to revoke the token from the backend
-
Organization ID which is available under the ESM Directory.
