How to take Backup of the database
Follow the steps given below to take a backup of the ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus data,
Open a command prompt in administrator mode and navigate into SupportCenter\bin directory
Execute backUpData.bat --trimmed
This will take couple of minutes to complete the process.
Once it is done, copy the inlineimages , fileAttachments , images present under SupportCenter folder
A backup of the data and the file attachments that have been added to the application is created in <SupportCenter>\trimmedbackup directory.
PS : We highly recommend to take the trimmed backup alone as the full backup will take more time and it might get failed.
