How to read the data from a csv file and place it in a request additional fields using FAFR ?

At times, we may need to populate the values in a specific request additional field from a CSV file. To address this requirement follow these steps using FAFR.

1.Place the CSV file in the custom folder >> <Home>/custom/*.csv
2.Create request additional text fields in the required service/incident templates
3.Use the attached script in FAFR execute the script of the template.
4.variable template_map_file value is the path of the file
5.Create the additional fields as CSV headers.
6.Make sure that the Header values are not duplicated in the CSV.
7.Make sure that the FAFR_KEYS are replaced accordingly.

Scripts Variable needs to be changed according to the CSV headers
