How to install Ask Zia manually?
If the default installation process fails or gets stuck at 'xx' % while installing then, please follow the below instructions to manually download and install the Ask Zia module.
Text instructions:
1. Click here to download the compressed file of Ask Zia module (.zip).
2. Copy and paste the .zip file under <Analytics Plus home>\addOnDownloads
If you don't find a folder named "addOnDownloads" then please create one and delete the contents present inside if you find any.

3. Restart the Analytics Plus services to successfully complete the manual installation.
The Ask Zia module varies from version. The given module is for Analytics Plus build 4280. To update the Ask Zia to latest, you can simply click on "Update" under Settings -> Add On Settings.
