How to include Company logo in the notification emails sent to customers ?
Here are the steps to apply the Logo on the notification template that is visible to your customers when they receive notifications.
You must have the Header Logo already configured at the top left corner of the application. I believe that is the same logo you want to be included in the notification templates as well.
1. In that case, Right Click that image Logo-> Open image in a new tab.
2. Now, in the newly opened tab, copy the link in the URL that will show the exact location of the Logo.
3. Ensure whether this URL is accessible from the internet.
4. If you already have HTML included that already has a content and needs this LOGO, Navigate to Admin->Notification Rules->Customize template->Edit HTML. Include this URL and save. Now this image will be appeared in the template.
Check whether this Logo is appeared on the notifications that is received by the customer.
NOTE: You have to include the URL in the appropriate HTML that is configured in each requester notifications individually.
