How to generate Support information file in OpManager

How to generate Support information file in OpManager

To generate Support information file:

 Mouse over  to Support Tab on top right corner after login to OpManager webclient> Click Support > Support information file >once the file is generated  click send.

Support information file will be uploaded to OpManager support or  we can also save the file and  upload it via http://upload.zohocorp.com)

If the file is more than 100MB , use our upload website https://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/ (Choose OpManager under product)
