How to generate Support information file in OpManager

To generate a Support Information File in OpManager, follow these steps:

For Online Servers (Connected to the Internet)

  1. Log in to the OpManager web client.
  2. Click on the Support icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select "Report an issue" from the menu.
  4. Enter the required details:
    • Email ID
    • Ticket ID
    • Subject
  5. Accept ManageEngine's Privacy Policy by ticking the checkbox.
  6. Click Send to submit the issue along with the support information file.

For Offline Servers (No Internet Connection)

  1. Generate the support information file manually and download it.
  2. Upload the file using the Customer File Upload Form:
     https://bonitas.zohocorp.com/
    (Select OpManager under Product).
