How to generate Support information file in OpManager
To generate a Support Information File in OpManager, follow these steps:
For Online Servers (Connected to the Internet)
- Log in to the OpManager web client.
- Click on the Support icon in the top-right corner.

- Select "Report an issue" from the menu.
- Enter the required details:
- Email ID
- Ticket ID
- Subject
- Accept ManageEngine's Privacy Policy by ticking the checkbox.
- Click Send to submit the issue along with the support information file.
For Offline Servers (No Internet Connection)
- Generate the support information file manually and download it.
- Upload the file using the Customer File Upload Form:
