How to enable Finer logs

1. Please take a copy of logging.xml from ManageEngine/SupportCenter/server/default/conf folder.
2. Download the attached logging.xml and replace it with the existing file.
3. Recreate the issue 
3. Please send us the files zoho_auth0.txt and apache_auth0.txt from ManageEngine/SupportCenter/server/default/log folder
