How to enable FINE logs

FINE logs helps in fine tuning the traces to narrow down the issue further, which helps in providing faster resolutions. Please follow the below mentioned to enable the FINE Logs :

1. Go to the Community Tab, it's the last tab in the UI with headphones Icon

2. Click on Support Tool > Change the Logger Level from INFO to FINE as shown below :

3. The FINE logs can be enabled for the logged in User alone by checking the option "Enable for this User Only".

4. Open a different tab and recreate the Reported issue. Now you can see the output in serverout files available under <Drive>:\ManageEngine\ServiceDeskPlus-MSP\logs.

5. Once done with the above steps, Immediately Zip the log folder.

6. Highly Recommended : Go back to the Community Tab and switch the logs back to INFO.
