How to disable CAPTCHA on specific pages in the ADSelfService Plus portal
Objective
This article explains how to disable CAPTCHA on specific pages within the ADSelfService Plus portal. By default, CAPTCHA is displayed on the following pages:
CAPTCHA can be disabled on these pages based on your organization's requirements.
Prerequisite
Steps to follow
ADSelfService Plus allows you to manage CAPTCHA visibility across different sections of the portal. Follow the steps below to disable CAPTCHA on specific pages:
a. Disable CAPTCHA for Reset Password and Account Unlock pages
Navigate to Configuration > Policy Configuration.
Select the relevant policy.
Navigate to Advanced > General.
Check the Hide CAPTCHA checkbox, then select the pages from the drop-down list where you want CAPTCHA to be disabled.
Click Save.
b. Disable CAPTCHA for MFA pages
Navigate to Configuration > Multi-Factor Authentication > Advanced > General.
Check the Hide CAPTCHA checkbox, then select the MFA pages from the drop-down list where you want CAPTCHA to be disabled.
Click Save.
c. Disable CAPTCHA for ADSelfService Plus portal login
Navigate to Admin > Logon Settings > General.
Under the CAPTCHA Settings section, configure your desired CAPTCHA visibility.
Click Save.
