How to change FAVICON in the application ?
In order to change the FAVICON (displayed below) please follow the instructions given below.
For the builds above 9400 Place your icon under the location [Product_Home] \ServiceDeskPlus-Msp\webapps\ROOT\images, and replace the favicon image.
2) Once the file is placed in the above directory, stop and start the application service once and check after clearing cache and cookies.
Note: Extension of the file name should be .ico, size should be 16 x 16.
