Restrict Ticket creation from external email sender- Unknown Users

To parse the email from external email address. Follow the below configuration.
We have to enable this option to accept "unknown email" (not setup on the system), under Admin > Self-service Portal.


 
Also, select the below option as per your convenience to add the unknown user in the application.
 

If you choose to add "unknown user" as "unapproved user". The request will be created placed under unknown request.
