How to access the reset or account unlock form directly bypassing the login page
Objective
Administrators may choose to integrate the ADSelfService Plus reset password or unlock account forms directly into their organization's human resources management system (HRMS) portal, allowing users to access these self-service options with a single click. This article provides the implementation steps for direct form access.
Steps to follow
- To access the password reset form directly, append /accounts/authVerify?operation=reset at the end of the product URL. Example: https://site_URL:port_no/accounts/authVerify?operation=reset
- To access the account unlock form directly, append /accounts/authVerify?operation=unlock at the end of product URL. Example: https://site_URL:port_no/accounts/authVerify?operation=unlock
