How to schedule a Survey automatically after closing a ticket ?

We schedule a Survey after closing every ticket to know or rate our support to the customer.

Steps to schedule a Survey:

1) Logo to the application as an administrator , In the Admin Tab -> Survey Configuration as shown in the below snapshot. 



-> In the Survey configuration page you can select to what kind of requests ( Incident, Survey or both kind) surveys needs to be sent. 



As shown in the snap shot below you can schedule requests to selected accounts  or to all accounts by ticking the box "This survey is applicable to all accounts".

You need to drag and drop the type of survey that you want as shown below(rating, optional scale..etc.) . 



You can frame your question of the survey after dragging and dropping the Question type. 

You can customize your survey by choosing any one as shown below or by selecting the " for all Closed incident or Service requests " Survey will be sent for all the tickets that are closed.



2) You can also schedule a separate mail as a survey by clicking on Admin -> Survey Email Configurations
