How do I reset MFA for a technician in ADManager Plus?
Objective
This article explains how to reset MFA for a technician account in ManageEngine ADManager Plus. Resetting MFA is often required when a technician:
Changes their mobile device.
Loses access to their authenticator app.
Faces issues during login due to MFA configuration problems.
Prerequisites
Steps to reset MFA for a technician
Log in to the ADManager Plus web console using your administrator credentials.
Navigate to Delegation > Configuration > Logon Settings > Two-Factor Authentication.
Click the Enrolled Users link to view all technicians who have registered for MFA.
Locate the technician whose MFA needs to be reset.
Remove them from the list by clicking the corresponding option.
