Learn how to configure quick links on the ADManager Plus dashboard to streamline access to frequently used tasks such as user provisioning, group management, or report generation. Setting these up ensures quicker navigation and improves day-to-day efficiency for technicians and administrators.
Before adding or removing quick links:
Ensure you are either an admin or a technician with the dashboard customization permission delegated to your role in ADManager Plus.
Identify the specific management tasks or reports you want to create shortcuts for.
Log in to ADManager Plus.
Click the Gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Manage Dashboard.
Click Add Quicklinks.
Provide a Widget Name for your quick link's group.
Click Add Links. In the pop-up window, select the desired management actions, reports, and delegation options, then click Add.
Click Done in the top-right corner of the page to save the widget.
Log in to ADManager Plus.
Click the Gear icon ⚙️ and select Manage Dashboard.
Find the widget you want to modify and click the Edit icon.
Update the Widget Name if needed.
Click Add Links to add or remove management actions, reports, or delegation items, then click Add.
Click Done in the top-right corner of the page to save your changes.
Log in to ADManager Plus.
Click the Gear icon ⚙️ and select Manage Dashboard.
Locate the widget you want to delete.
Click the X icon next to the widget.
Confirm the deletion in the pop-up by clicking Yes.
Click Done to exit dashboard customization mode.
Use descriptive names for the widgets to avoid confusion when managing multiple widgets.
Group related links under categories like User Management or Group Tasks to keep your dashboard organized and intuitive.
