Logs are collected for detailed analysis which doesn't hold up personal info. So, it is completely safe to generate one and upload.
Here is how you can generate a log and upload it to the support team
1. Click on help and choose "Product info"
2. Select " Generate Support info file"
3. A zip will be downloaded automatically(you can also download it again by choosing"Click here to download")
4. Once the file is downloaded, please click on "Upload"
5. Please choose "Analytics Plus as product and fill in your email address. Navigate to the downloaded location and choose upload to complete the process
