Customizing SMS Verification Code Content for User Enrollment in MFA

This article explains how to customize the SMS content sent during user enrollment when using the SMS verification code method for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ADSelfService Plus admin portal.

  2. Navigate to Admin > Customize > Personalize > Language Customization.

  3. Choose the desired language from the Select Language drop-down menu.

  4. In the search bar located just below the language selection, type "{0} is your verification code".

  5. Locate the message for "{0} is your verification code to enroll in self-service password management" and click Modify to edit the content according to your preference.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
