Downloading Agent Logs from Remote Servers for Troubleshooting
Applications Manager allows you to remotely collect server agent logs from monitored machines for troubleshooting purposes. The retrieved logs are compressed and stored on the Applications Manager server.
Supported Versions
- Server Agent version 22.2.00 and above
- Applications Manager version 180700 and above
Steps to Download Remote Agent Logs
- Navigate to Settings → FSO Agent → View Agents.
- Locate the server for which you want to collect agent logs.
- Click the Download icon corresponding to that server.
Location of Downloaded Logs
After a few minutes, the collected agent logs will be available in compressed (.zip) format under the <APM_HOME>/logs/AgentLogs directory on the Applications Manager server:
