General Troubleshooting - Syncing issue in OPM Connector

For any syncing issue in the OPM Connector, get the output of the following URL and use it to sort the issue (the data which is returned by the URL is the same data that is displayed in Applications Manager).

URL: http://<opmhostname>:<opm port number>/servlet/APMExtAlertsInteg?fetchType=deep&category=All&userName=I0uRUg8UH%2Fg%3D&password=I0uRUg8UH%2Fg%3D&domainName=NULL

Note: Before accessing the above URL, password for default admin user in OpManager should be “admin”
