Pre-requisites for FOS - Adapter / NIC address

Pre-requisites for FOS - Adapter / NIC address

1. Whether it's two different Physical VM servers (with different hosts) - In this case, you will have a different NIC address / Adapter name. (Adapter name won't be the same) - This model we will support.

2. One VM server where 2 partitioned servers (different hosts) are present? -- In this case, only you have the same NIC address / Adapter Name. You mentioned this case. - This model we won't support.

SDP MSP's  FOS feature will work based on the NIC / Adapter address here. If one goes down the other will take over. If it's the same NIC / Adapter address, then it won't work.
