Error when creating a new change request/ Technicians not listed for Change Owner/ Change technician Field.
Usually Occurs after upgrade to 10000:
Possible Cause:
Fields like Change Owner, Change Manager, Change Requester and site are a part of the change template layout by default and are irremovable.
If any of these fields are out of the layout,drag and drop the field inside the change template from the pane available on the left and then save it.
