Error: Port 80 already in use. Change WebServer port in <ProductHome>/conf/server.xml
Possible Root Cause:
This error message can be found in ADManager Plus, wrapper log file.
This error message shows when ADManager Plus cannot start on the port it was assigned to as some other application is using it.
Solution:
We will have to find the application which is using port 80 or modify the settings so that ADManager Plus can run on a different port.
Navigate to <ADManager Plus Installation Drive>:\\Program Files\ManageEngine\ADManager Plus\conf.
Search for the server.xml file.
Open it with Wordpad.
Use the Search and Replace option to find all instances of 80 and replace it with any other number (At your end the port number maybe different).
Start ADManager Plus to check if the issue has been resolved.
If the issue still persists, contact support@admanagerplus.com to resolve this issue.
