Error Code: 80072016 :

Error In Setting Attributes. The directory service cannot perform the requested operation on the RDN attribute of an object

Possible Root Cause: 

1. This type of error occurs if any of the LDAP headers in the CSV are not mentioned appropriately.

2. While running a custom script to add or modify RDN attribute values.

Resolution:

1. Kindly check if the LDAP headers in the CSV are mentioned appropriately. i.e, please give the header name as name instead of cn.

2. If you are running custom scripts for any management actions, please check if the RDN (Relative Distinguished Name)of the attribute is defined properly.
