Error Code : 800708c5 - The password does not comply with the password policy requirement Check the minimum password length, password complexity and password history requirements.
The error gets triggered if the password does not meet the policy set in the customer environment.
Troubleshooting steps:
Please check if the Password Policy for generating random passwords meets the password policy in your AD.
Navigate to Admin > Custom Settings > Password Policy.
Check if the values for all the fields on the screen match the password policy. If not, edit the values accordingly.
If you are entering the password manually, please make sure that all the requirements has been met when you update the password for new or existing users in AD Manager plus.
