Please be advised that we will need to adjust two different settings to achieve this result.
Step1: Change the HelpDesk role to allow random password only.
Please login into ADManager Plus as the admin and navigate to Delegation > HelpDesk Roles > edit the Role assigned for the technician> Select only Random Password option under the Reset Password section.

This will only allow the technician to reset password using the Random Password option.
Step2: Change the User Creation Template to use Random Password by Default
Please login into ADManager Plus ass the builtin admin account and navigate to Management > User Management > User Creation Templates > Edit the template used by the technicians > select Account tab > Set Random Password as the default option.

Once the above steps are configured, Technicians will only be able to use the Random Password option while creating users and resetting their passwords.
