Steps to create delegation of enable MFA for Microsoft 365 users' permission to help desk technicians in ADManager Plus:
1. Log in to ADManager Plus and navigate to the Delegation tab.
2. In the left pane, navigate to Help Desk Delegation > Help Desk Roles.
3. Click the Edit icon in the Action column of the help desk role that you would like to edit.
4. Select User Attribute Privileges option located under User Management > Bulk User Management > Create Users.
5. Scroll down and under Microsoft 365, check the Enable MFA option and click OK.
6. Click Update to save the changes.
