Emails are not being delivered to specified email addresses when reports are scheduled.

Emails are not being delivered to specified email addresses when reports are scheduled.

Reason: This could be becuase of incorrect mail server settings.

Resolution:

Configure the appropriate mail server using the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Admin tab > General Settings > Server Settings > Email Server.

 

  1. Enter the appropriate values for Email Server, Email Port, and From Address.

  2. To provide the authentication credentials for the mail server, click the Authentication link located beside the From Address field. Choose the Authentication Type and enter the mail server's User Name and Password and click Configure.

  1. Click Save Changes to complete the mail server configuration process.
