Duplicated Requests

If multiple duplicate requests are created whenever an email is sent to the helpdesk mail address, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Setup → Users & Permissions → Technician Groups.
  2. Check if the support address or the same group email is configured under multiple technician groups.
  3. Verify the duplicated requests to identify which technician groups are associated and remove them accordingly to prevent further duplication.
