Displaying reports/dashboards created in Analytics Plus in ServiceDesk Plus
Note: ServiceDesk Plus version should be version 9300 or above to support this feature.
Step 1:
Open the chart and invoke Publish > URL/ Permalink
Step 2:
The Access URL dialog will open. Copy the URL.
Step 3:
Login to ServiceDesk Plus and click the Dashboard tab. Now click on the New icon and choose New Widget.
Step 4:
Paste the URL and click Add.
Step 5:
To save the settings, click Save Configuration.
