Installing Log360 as a service

How to: Deploying Log360 as a service:  

Via Command Prompt:

  1. Remote login to the Log360 Server.

  2. Open a command prompt with admin privileges.

  3. Navigate to <dir>:\ManageEngine\Log360\bin

  4. Execute the following commands to ensure that the instance is not running:

    1. shutdown.bat

    2. stopDB.bat

  5. Execute the following command to install the service:

    1. InstallNTService.bat

  6. Go to Services.msc and start the "ManageEngine Log360" service.

 

Via Windows:

Go to the Start Menu All Programs select Log360 click on "Install Log360 as Service".
