How to delegate roles to groups in ADManager Plus

Steps to add roles to groups in ADManager Plus:

  1. Login to ADManager Plus and navigate to the Delegation tab.

  1. In the left pane, choose Help Desk Technicians under Help Desk Delegation and select Add New Technician.

  1. Choose your domain from the Select Domain drop-down.

  1. Click on the + option in the Select Users/Groups section.

  1. Under Groups, choose the groups to which roles must be added and click OK.

  1. Now, from the Select Help Desk Roles drop-down, select the desired roles.

  1. Select the OUs to be delegated in Select OUs.

  1. Check the Impersonate as Admin option if you wish to assign admin permissions to the group being selected.

  1. Click Save.
