The Default Domain Controller Policy does not have the necessary settings enabled for Active Directory auditing. To resolve this issue, simply click  the "Configure" hyperlink within the banner or "Audit Policy: Configure", as shown in the image below:

After configuration, the status will be updated from "Audit Policy: Configure" to "Audit Policy: Successfully Configured".
