The Size of log becomes larger if the below files are present in the logs folder: (Drive:\ManageEngine\ServiceDeskPlus-MSP)
1. Extended_logs. ( example :extended_access_log.2022-10-25txt)
2. Access_logs.
If you find these folders under the logs :
1.Move the files to the different location.
2. Delete the above files
Note : Please keep a copy of the recent files ( that will help to check with the performance issues ) and share the logs with support team when required.
