DCDiag to find RPC error in DC From ADMP Server
FYI , Steps:
1. Goto ADManager Plus Installed server.
2. In the server , open the command prompt.
3. Type dcdiag /s: ServerName
4. Please make sure all the tests are successful. Check if you have any RPC errors.
