Can requesters resolve or close a request from their self service portal ?
Requesters themselves cannot close the Requests unless the Request is on the status "Resolved".Those Requests with "Resolved" status(set by technicians)can be closed by the Requesters.
Requesters can see a Close button when the request is in resolved status.
Also, option to allow requesters to close the request has to be set from Admin->Self-Service Portal Settings.
