Close the request upon adding a note.
Kindly follow the steps mentioned below:
1) Go to Admin >> Developer Space >> Custom Function >> Global Functions >> Copy & Paste the attached GF_Content.txt and save it with a name.
Update the URL and technician key as per your instance. Refer to the screenshot GFConfiguration.png.
2) Go to Admin >> Developer Space >> Custom Function >> Note >> New >> Copy & paste AutoCloseRequest.txt and save it with a name.
Note : Please make sure that updated with global function name at line no: 1 in the CF script as per instance.

3) Go to Automation >> Custom Triggers >> Note >> Create new custom trigger.
Note : Note content can be changed based on your requirement.
