Cause 1 : Please verify if the user exists in the database and ensure that the provided password is correct.
Cause 2 : Wrong user was provided in the SAP server.

Drop the SAP server.
Recreate SAP server and make sure the user ID does not have an extra character. Retest
Cause 3 : The database user password has likely been changed and not updated in the secure section of the Config tool.
