This KB article guides you in applying the AMS License file to the SDP MSP application.

Step 1: Login to the SDP MSP application as an administrator.

Step 2: Click the Help (?) icon at the top right corner.

Step 3: Once you click the Help icon, there will be a drop down.

Step 4: Click "License" from the drop down, which will open another tab, where you can apply the provided AMS license.

Step 5: Once you upload the license, click Apply, which will show the message "ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus - MSP has been upgraded", which indicates that the provided AMS license file is accepted by the application.
