SDP MSP 10500 - 32 Bit machine Upgrade - UpdMgr.bat update string

To upgrade Windows 32 bit machine - SDP MSP instance, you must add the below JAVA option in the UpdMgr.bat present under ServiceDeskPlus-MSP\bin\scripts

1. Shut down the application.
2. Edit the UpdMgr.bat present under ServiceDeskPlus-MSP\bin\scripts
3. Add the below-highlighted string -> -Dignore.chcp=true



4. Save and close the file.

5. Now initiate the Upgrade.
