What I do is have Zoho Reports refresh every 2 hours.  Gets me everything I need except for "Item".

Then I schedule a report from SD+ to send a report of just "Request Number" and "Item".

I then manually add that SD+ report into Z Reports.

Then using a lookup column I combine both the auto uploaded SD+ data with my new report and create the reports that I need.  This seems to work and gets me the report that I need.

However, it takes manual intervention every time to make it happen.

NOW - my questions are:

1.  I can do the import manually of the Request/Item report into Zoho Reports, but can't find anyway to automate it.  I saw in the Z Reports videos where the import could be scheduled.  If this could be done, then my Item data would be at most 2 hours behind, not perfect but workable.  How can I schedule this?

2. When outputting a csv file from a report in SD+ it includes a 5 line header with date run, report requester, number of lines, etc.  The import into Z Reports doesn't have any setting to disregard the top x lines before importing, and I can't find anywhere in SD+ to send a csv without the header.  Any workaround for this?

3. Easiest solution -  allow SD+ users to modify what fields are uploaded to Z Reports, but I've seen this asked for, for years, and no progress from ME on making it happen - therefore, I need to use the above workaround.
