We have noticed that since the start of 2025 new users created in Service Desk Plus from the Zoho Directory are missing some information.

Zoho directory is picking up the user Department from Azure, but not syncing the Department with the users record in Service Desk Plus

Zoho directory is picking up the user Work Location from Azure, but not syncing the Site Name with the users record in Service Desk Plus

Zoho directory is not picking up the users Job Title, i.e Designation from Azure, therefore cannot sync that with the users record in Service Desk Plus

We have everything correctly mapped in the Directory Stores for our organisation, and made no changes.
