Zoho CRM -> SDP MSP Integration - Not Working in Recent Months
Issue:
We are having an issue with our Zoho CRM -> SDP MSP integration. We are unsure when in stopped working, as it did work in the past, but it appears it may have broken around January of this year (2025).
Info:
- SDP MSP On-Prem, v. 14.9 Build 14930
- Free Standard License
Although it did sync in the past, LastSync shows as NA. Pressing Sync Now presents a confirmation that the sync was successfully started, but no events appear in the log when this is performed. We also recreated the existing Self-Client in Zoho API Console, and re-did the integration steps in the docs here.
We recently updated while troubleshooting, it also failed to work in the following versions:
- 14830
- 14840
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
