Im the administrator of a small network at a Not for Profit Organisation in Australia. My knowledge of managing risks such as Zero day is pretty poor so im hoping for some direction

Looking through Manageengine, it lists a number of zero day vulnerabilities. Im particulary concerned about our Windows Server 2016. Managehengine has a link to fix the vulnerabilities but i need some confirmation that this is OK to run. Has anyone used them? How did they go?
