We are running SDP 8.1 and have just bought the 'Changes' module.

When we try to access the 'Impact' option under 'Admin' -> 'Helpdesk' we get "You are not authorized to view this page..."

We have tried to create a new technician and give him the role 'SDadmin' as the only role, but are still met with "You are not authorized to view this page...".

Does anyone have a workaround/solution?
