I was wondering why, when creating a question in a resource on a SDP form, that the yes and no on the drop down flip around and alphabetisise themselves?

When creating the form and pressing the drop down, Yes appears at the top, and No at the bottom.  Upon saving the changes to the form, these flip around with No at the top, Yes at the bottom.

Is there no way to order these two options how you would like them?  Hope this makes sense!
