XP Install help

Product looks really slick, but I'm having problems with a new install of the 4020 build demo I downloaded.

I have tested some other NetFlow collectors so I know the router is config'd correctly. For the fun of it I verified that the traffic was coming to the collecter with correct port with a protocol analyzer. Netstat tells me that the correct udp port is open on the box. The Windows firewall is turned off.

The netflowraw files are being created in the mysql\data\netflow directory so the data appears to be making it "in" to the collector.

When I run the viewer however I get the dreaded message:

No Router is currently exporting NetFlow packets to NetFlow Analyzer

I noticed that under the "Device Group Management" operation option that if I select the add button to add a group my router is listed as an available router. I guess then that the router is recognized(?).

I noticed the sys requirements for XP are SP1 but I am running SP2. Could this be the problem? Other suggestions?
