XML file monitoring

XML file monitoring

I want to monitor attribute in XML file on remote web server
This is the sample from http://10.1.14.11:8081/Software/Sitestat.xml
<SiteStatus Status="Enabled" CatalogVersion="20061107044703" />

My company have more than 600 node of this monitoring required.

Please recommend the software that can do this function.
