Wrong URL clear notification

In OpManager I defined URL monitors on the server device. I added and assigned a mail notification to send mail when the URL is down. This works but after when the URL is up again I got several Clear messages:

four times the same message:

Clear - fkdwebp2.bl.ch

Message: The URL http://kwwintrexx.fkd.bl.ch is Up
Device: fkdwebp2.bl.ch
Category: Server
Error Condition: Clear
Generated at: Apr 25,2006 12:19:19 AM

and again two times this message:

Clear - fkdwebp2.bl.ch The URL http://kwwintrexx.fkd.bl.ch is Up

Message: The URL http://kwwintrexx.fkd.bl.ch is Up

Why this, I dont have any such rule defined....
