Wrong Time Showing

Wrong Time Showing

Hello - I am running ServiceDesk Plus release 7600 and noticed this afternoon that the clock showing in SDP is off by an hour.  The server is showing the correct time but the application isn't.  Any ideas what needs to be changed for this to be correct?
