Wrong SLA Notification Receiver on Change Management

Hi,

Can you please assist me on figuring out the wrong notification that the service desk is sending.

  What happen is that the change owner is not receiving notification before the violation, instead it’s sending on different technician randomly that belonged to their group (i.e. application team, network team). This was triggered upon associating change request to projects.
